Just Include Limited is a company registered by Companies House in Northern Ireland.
Registered address: 21 Rossdale Road, Bangor, Northern Ireland, BT19 6BE.
Contact email: info@justinclude.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Purchase
When you buy a digital publication or subscription from us, you are purchasing a licence to use our content, not ownership of the underlying material.
All publications and handbooks remain the intellectual property of Just Include Limited.
3. Products Covered
These Terms apply to:
- Digital publications and handbooks (PDF format) available under Single-User or Multi-User licences.
- Annual subscriptions that provide updated editions or new releases of our publications and handbooks.
Workshops, consultancy, and other bespoke services sold directly to organisations by email are not covered by these Terms.
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment may be made securely via Stripe, which also supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, or via BACS bank transfer.
- Orders are processed once full payment has been received.
- We do not store or have access to your complete payment information. For details on how Stripe processes payments, see Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
5. Delivery and Access
- After successful payment, your purchase will be available to download either:
- through your account dashboard, or
- via the purchase confirmation email we send you.
- Access is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours.
- If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us at info@justinclude.com.
6. User Accounts
- To purchase or access digital publications and subscriptions, you will need to create an account on our website.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
- Your account and purchased licences are personal to you (or, in the case of multi-user licences, to your organisation) and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
- If we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or misused, we may suspend or terminate access to protect our content and systems.
- Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at [insert email], although we may retain limited information as required for legal or accounting purposes.
- Account data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Licence Terms
(a) Single-User Licence
- Grants one individual the right to access and use the publication for personal or internal professional use only.
- The file may not be shared, copied, uploaded, or distributed in any form.
(b) Multi-User Licence
- Grants the purchasing organisation permission to share the publication internally with the number of users specified at checkout.
- Redistribution outside the purchasing organisation is strictly prohibited.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms remain with Just Include Limited.
8. Subscriptions and Updates
- Annual subscriptions entitle subscribers to receive updated versions or new editions of selected publications for the duration of the subscription period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We will notify subscribers in advance of any changes to pricing, content, or renewal terms.
9. Refunds, Cancellations, and the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase.
However, by completing your purchase, you:
- Expressly consent to immediate access to your digital product; and
- Acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once download or access begins.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds once a digital publication has been downloaded or accessed, unless it is faulty or not as described.
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 14 days of purchase so that we can assist or provide a replacement file.
10. Intellectual Property
All publications, handbooks, and other digital products are protected by copyright and remain the property of Just Include Limited.
You may not modify, reproduce, share, or resell our content without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We take care to ensure the accuracy and quality of our publications, but we make no warranties that they will meet every user’s individual requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Include Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products.
12. Privacy and Cookies
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and store your information.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, with the date of the most recent revision shown at the top.
Continued use of our website or digital products after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
