Who are we?
Just Include is an award winning and innovative public affairs startup, that believes “politics shouldn’t be exclusive “ and aims to assist corporate and voluntary organisations in addition to grassroots activism elevating their capability to advocate/lobby on the issues that matter elevating their voice, reach and ultimately impact.
Our Story
Just Include was the brainchild of our founder Andrew Hamilton, being founded in September 2025.
After working in disability and youth advocacy and policy sectors for 4+ years. From running successful campaigns, assisting with drafting of a disability rivate members bill in Northern Ireland, co authoring a report on the UN Convention on the Rights of persons with disabilities (UNCRPD) and subsequently giving oral evidence to a UN inquiry into the UK government. To advising voluntary sector organisations on policy/ strategy and assisting the Department of Education NI in development of a new 10 year youth strategy amongst other initiatives.
Andrew came to the realisation that the biggest barrier to advocacy and lobbying for both organisations and grassroots activism was trying to understand and navigate the convoluted and complex political and legislative processes in order to get their voices heard.
Thus Just Include was born.
Purpose
Our Vision is “A world where everyone has a voice in politics”
Our mission statement is simple “ To revolutionise advocacy and public affairs; breaking down political exclusion and giving everyone the tools and knowledge to ensure their voice is heard, has reach and is able to make an impact.”
Branding
Our branding is very clear and impactful with every part, from our slogan “politics shouldn’t be exclusive” to our name ‘just include’ emphasising our core purpose; to revolutionise advocacy and public affairs by breaking down political exclusion and provide the tools and knowledge to give the opportunity to everyone to be heard.
Even our brand imagery encompasses our mission and purpose; with the asterisk symbolising the exclusive nature of political systems.
Social Impact
We have strong social values that are intertwine and embedded throughout our work and startup in everything we do.
We focus on advancing UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 10; reducing inequalities. Specifically target 10.3: increasing political inclusion.
